This information is not human acceptable. Image-processing program allows transform image information to human acceptable. Some program features are following: • Brightness; • Contrast; • Invert; • Grayscale; • CONECS formulas image transformation; Platform: Win 9x, 2000 IDE : Borland C++ Builder 5 Project: Creation of the error-correcting code program Customer: Construction Department “Yuzhnoye”, Dnipropetrovsk Field of application: During information transmission some blocks of information can be corrupted. The error-correcting codes can correct bad blocks. For this reason the Reed-Solomon code was chosen. Reed-Solomon codes work by adding extra information (redundancy) to the original data. The encoded data can then be transmitted. The added redundancy allows a decoder (with certain restrictions) to detect which parts of the received data are corrupted, and correct them. The number of errors the code can correct depends on the number for redundancy added. For that program divides into two parts: client and server. The server part of the program have more possibilities, than client part. Client part has only command options. Local area network has 7 of them.
